Processing time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping rates & delivery
Free worldwide shipping on all orders over $75. Standard shipping ($8) takes 5–10 business days. Express shipping ($22) takes 1–3 business days. We ship to 40+ countries via DHL, FedEx, and local carriers.
Tracking
You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. You can also track your order at any time on our /track page using your email and order number.
Customs & duties
For international orders, duties and taxes may be collected on delivery by your local customs authority. These are not included in our shipping fee.
Lost or damaged packages
If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us within 14 days and we’ll send a replacement or issue a refund.
